Users are informed of the following Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy, are applicable by the simple use or access to any of the Pages that make up the Portal Bloom Tulum (the "Portal"), so we understand that you accept them, and agrees to be bound by them.

In the event that you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy you must refrain from accessing or using the Portal.

Bloom Tulum reserves the right to change the content of the Site at its sole discretion at any time without notice.

The User, understood as the person who performs the access through computer equipment and/or communication, agrees not to use devices, software, or any other means tending to interfere in the activities and/or operations of the Portal or in the databases and/or information contained therein.

 

1. USE AND RESTRICTIONS

Access to or use of the Portal expresses the User's full and unreserved adherence to these Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy. Through the Portal (http://www.bloomtulum.com.mx), the User (understood as any person accessing the Portal) will provide and/or use various services and content (hereinafter, the "Services and Content"), made available to Users by the members of Bloom Tulum and/or its subsidiaries, controllers, related and affiliated parties, and/or by third party providers of Services and Content. Bloom Tulum shall have the right to deny, restrict or condition User's access to the Pages, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, and to modify the Services and Content of the Pages at any time without notice.

User acknowledges that not all Services and Content are available in all geographic areas and that some Services and Content may be used only after acquisition, paragraph, activation or registration by User and/or by payment of a paragraph.

 

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The intellectual property rights with respect to the Services and Contents and the distinctive signs and domains of the Pages or the Portal, as well as the rights of use and exploitation thereof, including their disclosure, publication, reproduction, distribution and transformation, are the exclusive property of Bloom Tulum. The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights by simply using the Services and Content of the Website and at no time will such use be considered as an authorization or license to use the Services and Content for purposes other than those contemplated in these Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy and the respective contracts.

 

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

User agrees that the provisions set forth in Subsection 2 above regarding ownership of Bloom Tulum's rights also apply to the rights of third parties with respect to the Services and Content of the Pages, domains or information submitted or linked to the Portal.

 

4. QUALITY OF SERVICES AND CONTENT

Neither Bloom Tulum nor its suppliers or business partners shall be liable for any damages suffered by the User as a result of inaccuracies, inquiries, advice, typographical errors and changes or improvements made periodically to the Services and Content. The recommendations and advice obtained through the Portal are of a general nature, so they should not be taken into account in making personal or professional decisions. In order to do so, an appropriate professional must be consulted who can advise the User according to his/her specific needs.

 

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Bloom Tulum undertakes to keep confidential the information it receives from the User that has such character in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in the United Mexican States. Bloom Tulum assumes no obligation to keep confidential any other information that the User provides, either when registering for the Portal or at any time thereafter, including information that the User provides through newsletters, whiteboards or online chat (chats).

 

6. USE OF NON-CONFIDENTIAL OR INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION

By using the Portal, the User authorizes Bloom Tulum to use, publish, reproduce, disclose, publicly communicate and transmit non-confidential or nonindividual information, in terms of the provisions of article 109 of the Federal Copyright Act and fraction I of article 76 bis of the Federal Consumer Protection Act.

8. PASSWORDS

At all times, the User is solely and ultimately responsible for keeping secret their passwords with which you have access to certain Services and Contents of the Portal, as well as the pages of third parties.

Bloom Tulum shall have the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy at any time. Accordingly, the User should carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy each time he intends to use the Portal.
